Purpose to Role
- Provide support to the qualified staff team by providing the majority of the floor practice and work to ensure that they can focus on observations, planning and practice
- In doing so, to ensure that safeguarding and policy is met at all times
- To support and train nursery assistants in the delivery of our programme

The Nursery Manager has oversight of and therefore responsibility for the setting and will be supported by the nursery team to deliver. Nursery sales, HR admin and business administration sits outside of this role but should work in collaboration with Nursery team (see organisation chart). |
